SHIPPING & REFUNDS

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS: Once your items are delivered, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a store credit (store credits never expire).  After 14 days, all sales are FINAL and returns will not be accepted.

If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging.  We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.  However, we will provide a return label via email on any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx).  Please provide us with the tracking number for your return (info@shopsocoolgifts.com).  Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.

EXCHANGES:  At this time, we do not accept exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY


TURNAROUND:  All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

CARRIERS:  We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS, FedEx
 

ORDER TRACKING:  If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

SHIPPING RATES:  The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
